摘要
随着时代进步发展,我国的教育事业得到了长足的发展,各高校也越来越重视大学生的思想政治教育,工匠精神融入高校思政教育已成为社会发展的必然趋势。然而,对于当代大学生来说,面对多元化、复杂化的社会环境,毕业找工作常会因为浮躁、迷茫而迷失自我,更多的学生关注工作收入的高低,而忽略了时代赋予他们更多的敬业、拼搏、奋进的使命和责任。鉴于此,高校学生的思政教育中融入工匠精神至关重要,它是增强高校思政教育课堂效果和实效性的现实要求,是大学生良好职业素养养成和综合素质提升的必然选择,是实现我国由制造业大国向制造业强国创新转型升级的重要途径。文章通过阐述工匠精神的实质内涵及教育价值,分析工匠精神在高校思政教育中融入的必要性,并提出工匠精神在高校思政教育中融入的措施路径,以期为当代高校思政教育发展提供借鉴和思考。
