在同步带硫化过程中浸胶玻璃纤维线绳强力损失的原因分析

摘要 分析浸胶玻璃纤维线绳在同步带硫化过程中强力损失的原因。试验结果表明:浸胶玻璃纤维线绳在以氯丁橡胶(CR)为主体材料的硫化过程中强力损失较大,CR胶料硫化过程中产生的水和盐酸均会对浸胶玻璃纤维线绳的强力产生影响,且随着温度升高,影响愈加明显。 The reason of strength loss of dipped glass fiber rope during the vulcanization of synchronous belt was analyzed. It was found that when chloroprene rubber(CR) was used as rubber matrix material,the strength loss was significant,since the water and hydrochloric acid produced during CR compound vulcanization could affect the strength of dipped glass fiber rope,and the strength loss increased with the increase of temperature.
