摘要
以体积分数10%为间隔配制11种浓度的乙醇-水混合溶液模拟不同酒精浓度的酒品,采用锥形量热仪,依据ISO5660测试其燃烧特性,获得质量损失速率、热释放速率、燃烧效率等关键参数,并给出不同浓度情况下各典型参数的预测公式。测得的燃料平均热释放速率和热释放速率峰值均与酒精浓度大致呈线性关系。已知库存酒精溶液的闪点时,可大致估算火灾情况下的平均热释放速率、总热释放速率,为酒类场所的火灾危险性定量预测提供依据,为白酒工厂、库房等地的总平面布置、储存规范、消防安全与应急处理提供参考。
Ethanol-water mixtures of 11 concentrations were prepared at 10%volume fraction intervals to simulate the alcohol with different ethanol concentration.The combustion behaviors of samples were examined by means of ISO 5660 by cone calorimeter.Typical parameters including mass loss rate,heat release rate,and combustion efficiency were obtained,and their prediction formulaat different ethanol content were put forward.The relationship between the average heat release rate or the peak heat release rate of the fuel and the alcohol concentration is approximately linear.When the flash point of alcohol solution in stock is known,the average heat release rate and the total heat release rate can be estimated roughly.This provides references for quantitative predictionof the fire risks in places with alcohol,and offers guidance for general layout,storage specification,fire safety and emergency treatment in liquor factory and warehouse.
