内镜治疗胃钙化性纤维性肿瘤一例并文献复习

Endoscopic treatment of gastric calcified fibrous tumor: a case report and review of the literature

摘要 患者,女性,54岁,因“腹部不适1个月”入院。既往体健,查体无明显阳性体征。CT检查提示胃体小弯侧隆起性病变(图1)。术前行常规消化道准备,行胃镜(Olympus GIF HQ290)检查发现于胃体小弯侧一处半球形隆起(图2),大小约1.5 cm×2.0 cm,表面黏膜光滑,同周围黏膜,触之韧,超声内镜(Olympus UM-2R 12 MHz)检查示隆起起源于固有肌层(图3),呈偏低回声,回声欠均质。
