摘要
俄罗斯法学研究领域的一个重要特征是重视基本研究方法的归类与定义。现代俄罗斯国家与法的理论、法哲学、政治学史和法律史的研究中常用的方法论存在一定的差异。通过对上述学科的研究方法进行分析比较,可以呈现其在苏联时期和后苏联时期基本概念的演变。
An important feature of Russian legal research is the emphasis on the classification and the definition of basic research methods.There are certain differences in the commonly used methodologies in the research of state and law theory,legal philosophy,political history,and legal history of modern Russia.By analyzing and comparing the research methods of the disciplines above,we can observe the evolution of basic concepts from the Soviet period to the post-Soviet period.
