摘要
在经济新常态背景下,衡水市战略性新兴产业发展要以特色优势产业为基础,结合自身情况构建其发展路径和模式。产业基础依托、产学研深度融合以及混合发展是衡水市创新发展的三种模式。衡水市要在优化产业环境、完善产业链、加大金融支持、优化产业布局、升级产业结构以及加大人才引进等方面加大工作力度。
Under the background of the new economic normalcy,the development of strategic emerging industries in Hengshui City should be based on the characteristics of industries with local advantages,and build their development paths and models according to their own conditions.The innovative development of Hengshui City should follow the three models of industrial base support,industry-university-research integration and mixed development.Hengshui City should step up efforts in terms of optimizing the industrial environment,improving the industrial chain,increasing financial support,optimizing industrial layout,upgrading industrial structure and increasing talent introduction.
