摘要
目的:建立微波消解-AFS测定蛴螬中硒、汞、锑的含量。方法:采用微波消解进行样品处理,原子荧光法测定蛴螬中硒、汞、锑的含量。结果:硒、汞、锑分别在1~100.0、0.1~10.0、0.5~10.0 ng·mL-1,线性关系良好(r≥0.9994);平均回收率分别为93.4%(RSD=3.1%)、90.4%(RSD=3.9%)、89.2%(RSD=4.3%)。结论:蛴螬中富含硒元素、未检出有害元素锑,检测到汞元素。建立的微波消解-AFS方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于蛴螬中硒、汞、锑的研究测定。
Objective:To establish microwave digestion-AFS method for determination of selenium,mercury and antimony in Holotrichia diomphalia larvae.Methods:The content of selenium,mercury and antimony in H.diomphalia larvae were determined by microwave digestion-AFS.Results:The linear range of selenium,mercury and antimony were 1-100.0、0.1-10.0、0.5-10.0 ng·mL-1.The linear equations of selenium,mercury and antimony were in good linear range(r≥0.9994).The average recovery of selenium,mercury and antimony were 93.4%(RSD=3.1%)、90.4%(RSD=3.9%)、89.2%(RSD=4.3%),respectively.Conclusion:H.diomphalia larvae rich in selenium,the harmful element antimony was not detected,and mercury was detected.The method of microwave digestion-AFS is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to reference for the determination of Selenium Mercury and antimony content in the control Holotrichia diomphalia larvae.
