摘要
目的以内审视域探究大型公立医院行政后勤管理服务事项尤其财务审核“最多跑一次”的创新机制。方法采用观察、无结构式访问和比较法。结果迫切需要以“最多跑一次”为导向,利用“互联网+”和职能科室统管等方式,改善服务模式、优化服务流程。结论建议以搭建智慧平台、多种模式取优、定期宣讲作答、联合推行首问负责及成立一体化服务中心等手段创新机制,践行“最多跑一次”,打通高效便捷服务通道。
Objective:From the perspective of internal audit,this paper explores the innovative mechanism of the administrative logistics management service items of large public hospitals,especially the financial audit of“one run at most”.Method:Observation,unstructured access and comparison were used.Result:It is urgent to improve service mode and optimize service process by taking“one run at most”as the guidance,and using“Internet+”and the unified management of functional departments.Conclusion:It is suggested to build an intelligent platform,optimize various models,regularly publicize and answer questions,jointly carry out the first inquiry responsibility and set up an integrated service center to innovate the mechanism and practice of“one run at most”to open up an efficient and convenient service channel.
