自密实混凝土外包角钢加固RC柱承载力分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于传统的外包钢加固法和增大截面加固法原理,提出一种新的组合加固方法:自密实混凝土填充外包角钢加固法。在6根组合加固柱的拟静力试验基础上,采用大型结构分析软件ABAQUS进行非线性有限元数值模拟分析,研究缀板间距、角钢型号变化对加固钢筋混凝土柱的承载力及变形性能的影响,并将计算结果与试验结果对比。探讨加固型钢与连接缀板形成的加固体系套箍效应和相应的承载力变化规律。结果表明:与未加固柱相比,缀板间距从300 mm加密到75 mm,角钢型号从L30×3增大到L50×3,加固柱的承载力提高了200%~300%之间;混凝土的极限压应力提高了10%~30%,角钢和缀板组成的钢架对混凝土柱起到了约束作用,减小了钢筋混凝土柱5%~18%的纵向变形,明显增强了其变形性能。 Based on the traditional reinforcement method of outsourced steel and the principle of increasing cross section reinforcement,a new combined reinforcement method is proposed.Self compacting concrete filled with outsourced angle steel.On the basis of the pseudo static test of 6 combined reinforced columns,Large structure analysis software ABAQUS was used to carry out the nonlinear finite element numerical simulation analysis to study the influence of the spacing of the fixed plate and the type of angle steel on the bearing capacity and deformation properties of reinforced concrete columns,and the results were compared with the experimental results.The hoop effect and the corresponding bearing capacity of reinforcement system formed by strengthening steel and connecting plate were discussed.And the results showed that compared with the unreinforced columns,the spacing of the fixed plate was encrypted from 300 mm to 75 mm,the model of angle steel increases from L30×3 to L50×3,the bearing capacity of the reinforced column increased from 200% to300%,the ultimate compressive stress of the concrete increased from 10% to 30%.And angle steels and suffix plates did restrain to the concrete column which longitudinal deformation reduced from 5% to 18%,and the deformation performance is obviously enhanced.
