摘要
核电站采用海水作为循环冷却水水源时,相对火电厂面临更严格的阻垢、防腐要求。核电站海水阻垢剂的性能需从多方面进行评价,从而为后续动态试验以及实际应用提供指导。本实验选取了A、B和C 3种海水阻垢剂,分别对其理化性能、可生物降解性能、阻垢性能、与杀菌剂的相容性以及经济性进行了技术分析和比较。结果表明:阻垢剂C的综合性能优于阻垢剂A和阻垢剂B,并且当控制浓缩倍率在2.2倍以下时,可以避免系统出现明显积盐现象,保证安全运行。本实验方法对核电站评价、筛选海水阻垢剂和确定海水循环冷却工艺参数具有参考价值。
Facilities in coastal power stations employing seawater as circulating cooling agent are more prone to scaling and corrosion. As a result, comprehensive evaluation should be carried out on the scale inhibitors used in seawater from various aspects to provide guidance for the subsequent dynamic tests and actual applications. In this stud% three kinds of scale inhibitors including inhibitor A, inhibitor B and inhibitor C were selected and their physical and chemical performance, biodegradability, capacity of scale inhibition, compatibility of biocide and economy were compared・ The results show that, the inhibitor C has a better comprehensive performance than inhibitor A and inhibitor B. Moreover, with a concentration ratio lower than 2.2, significant salt accumulation can be avoided, which ensures the system safety. This method is of high reference value for evaluating nuclear power plants, selecting scale inhibitor and ascertaining the parameters of seawater circulating cooling process.
