摘要
建筑产业化已成为我国建筑业发展的重要组成部分,装配式建筑在建筑产业化中发挥着重要作用。装配式建筑施工项目的整体施工过程比其他传统施工项目更为复杂,如果没有严格的质量监督管理方法,必然会使装配式建筑工程的施工质量难以得到保证。目前,我国已有许多成功的装配式房屋案例,在此基础上,本文分析了装配建筑工程在预制阶段的质量控制及装配建筑工程施工过程质量监督的要点。
Building industrialization has become an important part in the development of China’s construction industry.Assembly-type buildings play an important role in building industrialization.The overall construction process of a prefabricated building construction project is more complicated than other traditional construction projects.Without strict quality supervision and management method,it is difficult to guarantee the construction quality of the assembly-type construction project.At present,there are many successful cases of fabricated houses in China.On this basis,this paper analyzes the quality control of assembly engineering in the prefabrication stage and the main points of quality supervision in the assembly construction process.
