摘要
对口招生“3+2分段制”中高职衔接人才培养模式是中高职衔接的重要模式之一。针对学前教育专业“3+2分段制”中高职有效衔接,调研分析中高职衔接的办学与运行情况,并从明确目标定位、制订实训课程标准、强化新教学模式的应用、建立合作交流机制、扩大“3+2分段制”的招生规模等方面提出了策略建议。
The"3+2 segmented system"of matching enrollment is one of the most important talent training modes in the link-up between secondary and higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly analyzes the"3+2 segmented system"of pre-school education and the running situation,and put forward the proposal on making clear the target positioning,formulating training curriculum standards,strengthening the application of new teaching mode,establishing a cooperation and exchange mechanism,and expanding the enrollment scale of the"3+2 segmented system".
