摘要
通过模拟情境考察群际互动以及群际威胁对集群行为诸多要素的影响。研究发现:良好有效的沟通方式比不良的沟通方式能够显著降低群体愤怒情绪和群体行为意愿,但是对群体认同和群体效能的影响没有达到显著性水平。在研究所拟设的现实威胁情境中,研究发现群体效能以群体认同为中介显著影响群体行为意愿,而群体愤怒和群体行为意愿之间没有达到显著相关。高校等其他公共事务管理部门在处理集群行为时要采取合适方式使对方群体感到平等、尊重和理解,同时还要根据群际威胁情境以及成员特征等来采取相应措施。
This paper examines the influence of intergroup interactions and intergroup threat on many elements of collective action through simulation scenarios. Research findings:Good and effective communication significantly reduce group-based anger and collective action intention than bad communication. But the influence on group identity and group efficacy is not significant. In the simulated realistic threat situation of the research,it finds that group efficacy uses group identity as an intermediary to significantly influence collective action intention,but there is no significant correlation between group-based anger and collective action intention. Universities and other public affairs management departments should adopt appropriate ways to deal with collective action that make opposition group feeling equal,understood and respected. At the same time reasonable measures should be taken according to the intergroup threat situation and member characteristics.
