摘要
为在车身开发过程中提高车门关闭舒适性,建立了车门静态关闭力计算模型,推导出密封条反力的工程计算方法,结合某车型车门关闭困难问题,从密封条压缩载荷特性和压缩量角度详细分析问题原因,制定了改善措施并实施,最终实现了优秀的主观评价结果。
In order to improve the comfort of door closing in car body development,a computational model for the static closing force of the car door is established,the engineering calculation method of the sealing strip reaction force is deduced.The cause of difficulty in car door closing is analyzed in details from perspective of sealing strip compression load characteristic and amount of compression,an improvement measure is developed and put into practice,and ultimately a good subjective evaluation result is obtained.
