摘要
目的:观察香砂六君子汤合平胃散加减治疗脾虚湿阻型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的脾虚湿阻型胃脘痛患者60例,随机将其分为两组,各30例。对照组行常规西药治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予香砂六君子汤合平胃散加减治疗。观察两组疗效、中医证候积分情况。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组胃脘疼痛、痞闷、嗳气反酸、纳差评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:针对脾虚湿阻型胃脘痛患者给予香砂六君子汤合平胃散加减治疗可有效缓解患者胃脘痛症状,治疗效果较佳。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with Pingwei powder in treatment of epigastric pain with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation. Methods: 60 cases of epigastric pain with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation who admitted in the hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Control group was given routine western medicine, while observation group was treated with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with Pingwei powder based on control group. The efficacy and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(P<0.05);After treatment, the scores of epigastric swelling pain, epigastric bloating, acid regurgitation and poor appetite in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with Pingwei powder in treatment of epigastric pain with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation can relieve symptoms of epigastric pain, and achieve better curative effects.
