针对当前公司满意度提升挑战加剧,追根溯源分析问题原因,进行了一系列卓有成效探索与实践,进而提出向管理要效益、统筹兼顾网络质量整体提升和重点突破、处理好三方合作关系的发展策略建议。
In view of the increasing challenges of the current company’s satisfaction improvement and the root cause analysis of the problems, a series of effective exploration and practice are carried out, and then the development strategy for benefit management, the overall improvement of network quality and key breakthrough, and the management of tripartite cooperation relationship are put forward.
