摘要
在电力系统中,变压是输电线路和生产、生活用电线路的重要中转环节,是将数千伏高压电转换为220V常规用电过程中不可缺少的环节,一旦变压器出现故障就会导致大面积的用电瘫痪,造成不可预估的经济损失,因此,变电部分的运维管理是电力系统运维管理中的关键部分。变电部分的运维管理关系到电力系统的正常运转,带电作业是保证变电运维和正常供电的有效措施,具有很高的危险程度,对变电运维操作人员提出了更高的要求。本文从变电运维管理中的危险点入手,分析变电运维管理危险点产生的原因,探讨预控变电运维管理危险的具体措施,为提高变电运维管理安全性提供一些思路。
In the power system,transformer transformation is an important transfer link between power transmission lines and production and living power lines,and is an indispensable link in the conventional power process of converting thousands of volts of high voltage into 220 V.Once the transformer fails,it will lead to a large area of power paralysis,resulting in unpredictable economic losses.Therefore,the operation and maintenance management of substation part is the key part in the operation and maintenance management of power system.The operation and maintenance management of substation part is related to the normal operation of the power system.Live working is an effective measure to ensure the substation operation and maintenance and normal power supply,which has a high degree of danger and puts forward higher requirements for substation operation and maintenance operators.Starting from the dangerous points in substation operation and maintenance management,this paper analyzes the causes of the dangerous points in substation operation and maintenance management,and discusses the specific measures to pre-control the risks in substation operation and maintenance management,so as to provide some ideas for improving the safety of substation operation and maintenance management.
