摘要 随着我国露天矿山开采技术的发展,露天矿山开采强度越来越高,台阶推进速度越来越快,造成工作台阶坍塌的不安全因素也越来越多,露天矿山工作台阶坍塌已成为困扰矿山生产安全的关键问题。特别是对于一些高强度开采的原生节理裂隙发育的露天矿山,在地下水作用和频繁地施工扰动情况下,易发生工作台阶失稳坍塌。本文以舟山绿色石化基地凝灰岩露天矿山为例,分析了工作台阶坍塌的主要影响因素,研究了高强度开采条件下预防工作台阶坍塌的措施,对类似矿山露天开采施工具有指导意义。 With the rapid development of open-pit mining technology in China,the mining strength of open pit mine is higher and higher,the steps are to promote faster and faster,the resulting work steps collapse is also more and more unsafe factor,working steps in open-pit mine collapse have become a key problem in mine production safety.Especially for some of the original joint fracture of high strength mining in open-pit mine,under the condition of groundwater and frequent construction disturbance,work steps buckling collapse are prone to occur.Taking the open-pit tuff mine of Zhoushan green petrochemical base as an example,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the collapse of working bench,and studies the measures to prevent the collapse of working bench under the condition of high-intensity mining,which has certain guiding significance for open-pit mining construction of similar mines.
