摘要
目的分析家庭参与式护理模式在极低出生体重儿中的应用价值。方法方便选取该院NICU于2017年11月—2018年11月收治的极低出生体重儿共78例,予以随机数字表法的形式将平均分为研究组和对照组,每组均39例。对照组行基础护理引导,研究组则在此基础上加行家庭参与式护理模式,对比两组护理后的照护能力评分、患儿家属满意度和30 d内再入院情况。结果两组家属护理前护理知识评分[(43.20±5.16)分、(44.17±6.10)分]和护理技能评分[(37.30±3.20)分、(38.23±4.55)分]对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.758、1.044,P=0.451、0.300);经过护理后研究组[(89.67±6.42)分、(88.65±6.25)分]上述评分高于对照组[(84.40±5.56)分、(72.40±6.52)分](t=3.875、11.236,P=0.000、0.000);研究组患儿家属满意度(92.3%)优于对照组(74.3%),30 d内再入院率对比,研究组(2.5%)低于对照组(17.9%)(χ^2=4.523、5.014,P=0.033、0.025)。结论家庭参与式护理模式的应用能够提升患儿家属的照护效果,提升满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of family participatory nursing model in very low birth weight infants.Methods Convenient election 78 very low birth weight infants were admitted to NICU from November 2017 to November 2018 with 39 cases in each group.The control group was guided by basic nursing,while the research group was guided by family participatory nursing mode.The scores of care ability,satisfaction of family members and readmission within 30 d were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-care knowledge scores of the two groups of families[(43.20±5.16)points,(44.17±6.10)points]and nursing skill scores[(37.30±3.20)points,(38.23±4.55)points]were not statistically significant(t=0.758,1.044,P=0.451,0.300),after the nursing study group[(89.67±6.42)points,(88.65±6.25)points]the above score was higher than the control group[(84.40±5.56)points,(72.40±6.52)Points](t=3.875,11.236,P=0.000,0.000),the satisfaction of the family members of the study group(92.3%)was better than that of the control group(74.3%),and the rate of readmission in 30 d was compared,the study group(2.5%)was lower than the control group(17.9%)(χ^2=4.523,5.014,P=0.033,0.025).Conclusion The application of family participatory nursing model can improve the care effect and satisfaction of the family members.
