摘要
目的探究光动力疗法联合激光治疗鲜红斑痣的疗效情况,并对其安全性进行分析讨论。方法选取本院2017年6月-2018年12月收治的鲜红痣斑(PWS)患者80例,根据治疗方式的差异将接受光动力疗法联合激光治疗的患者归为A组(42例),接受激光治疗的患者归为B组(38例)。对两组患者治疗后的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率进行对比分析,并记录两组患者的平均治疗次数以及治疗周期。结果A组患者治疗总有效率(88.10%)明显高于B组(60.53%)(P<0.05);A组患者不良反应发生率(9.52%)发生率与B组(13.16%)相比并无明显差异(P>0.05);A组患者的治疗次数明显少于B组[(4.06±0.84)次<(5.28±1.02)次](P<0.05);A组患者的治疗周期明显短于B组[(18.73±1.27)月<(27.23±3.65)月](P<0.05)。结论光动力疗法联合激光治疗可以显著减少患者的治疗次数,缩短治疗周期,提高治疗效果,患者的不良反应较少,具有较高的治疗安全性。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with laser in the treatment of bright red spot nevus,and to analyze and discuss its safety.Methods 80 patients with bright red nevus(PWS)admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected.Patients receiving photodynamic therapy combined with laser treatment were classified as group A(42 cases)and those receiving laser treatment as group B(38 cases)according to the difference in treatment methods.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared and analyzed,and the average treatment times and treatment cycles of the two groups of patients were recorded.Results The total effective rate of group A(88.10%)was significantly higher than that of group B(60.53%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between group A(9.52%)and group B(13.16%)(P>,0.05).The frequency of treatment in group A was significantly lower than that in group B[(4.06±0.84)<(5.28±1.02)](P<0.05).The treatment period in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B[(18.73±1.27)months<(27.23±3.65)months](P<0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy combined with laser therapy can significantly reduce the number of times of treatment,shorten the treatment cycle,improve the treatment effect,patients with fewer adverse reactions,with a higher therapeutic safety.
