摘要
目的探讨A型肉毒素联合透明质酸钠溶液应用于皮肤填充治疗面部皱纹的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年1年至2019年12月收治的726例面部皱纹女性患者为研究对象,遵循随机对照原则将其分为对照组(n=363)和观察组(n=363)。对照组给予A型肉毒素治疗,在此基础上观察组联合透明质酸钠溶液治疗,观察两组疗效、并发症及满意度情况。结果两组治疗1个月后的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后3、6个月治疗疗效低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组感染、胀痛、瘀血、肉芽肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组总满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒素联合透明质酸钠溶液治疗面部皱纹临床效果显著,且与A型肉毒素单一用药治疗相比,可延长治疗治疗效果时间,且未增加术后并发症风险,具有较高的安全性,利于提高临床治疗满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of botulinum toxin a combined with sodium hyaluronate solution in the treatment of facial wrinkles.Methods A total of 726 female patients with facial wrinkles admitted to our hospital from 2015 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(n=363)and observation group(n=363)according to randomized control principle.The control group was treated with botulinum toxin type A.On this basis,the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate solution,and the efficacy,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups after one month of treatment(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of infection,pain,blood stasis and granuloma between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)..Conclusion The botulinum toxin type A combined with sodium hyaluronate solution is effective in the treatment of facial wrinkles with facial filling,and it can prolong the treatment and treatment time without increasing the risk of postoperative complications compared with the single treatment of botulinum toxin type A.It has high safety and is conducive to improving clinical treatment satisfaction.
