摘要
目的比较两种组织瓣转移术矫正复杂上睑内翻倒睫的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月到2019年6月收治的82例重症上睑内翻倒睫作为研究对象,按照手术类型分成对照组与观察组,每组各41例,对照组行带蒂皮瓣转移术治疗,观察组行带蒂眼轮匝肌桥状瓣转移术治疗。两组患者均于术后10d拆线,随访6个月。结果观察组有效率97.6%、复发率2.4%、肌瓣坏死率0、瘢痕形成率2.4%、肉芽生长率0、感染率0、术后ADL(89.9±6.2)分、SF-36(90.8±5.5)分、满意度(90.5±2.0)分。对照组有效率73.2%、复发率19.5%、肌瓣坏死率4.9%、瘢痕形成率12.2%、肉芽生长率7.3%、感染率0、术后ADL(71.5±4.6)分、SF-36(76.5±3.4)分、满意度(80.6±44.1)分。两组数据比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论行带蒂眼轮匝肌桥状瓣转移术矫正复杂上睑内翻倒睫,有效率高,减少并发症,提高患者满意度与生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of two kinds of tissue flap transfer in the correction of complex upper eyelid trichiasis.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,the treatment of 82 cases of severe epigastric varus,which was admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019,was divided into control group and observation group according to the operation type,41 cases in each group and the control group with pedicle skin flap transfer.The two groups were followed up for 6 months after 10 days postoperation.Results In the observation group,the effective rate was 97.6%,the recurrence rate was 2.4%,the mortality rate of muscle flap was 0,the scar formation rate was 2.4%,the granulation growth rate was 0,and the infection rate was 0.The postoperative ADL,SF-36,visual acuity and satisfaction were(89.9±6.2),(90.8±5.5),(1.2±0.1)and(90.5±2.0)respectively.In the control group,the effective rate was 73.2%,the recurrence rate was 19.5%,the mortality rate of muscle flap was 4.9%,the scar formation rate was 12.2%,the granulation growth rate was 7.3%,the infection rate was 0,the postoperative ADL score,SF-36 score,visual acuity score,satisfaction score and satisfaction score were 73.2%,19.5%,4.9%,12.3%,7.3%,0%,76.5±3.4),(0.6±)and(80.6±44.1),respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pedicled orbicularis oculi bridge flap can improve the visual acuity,reduce complications,improve patients’satisfaction and quality of life.
