摘要
依据冷链物流配送基础理论,考虑顾客满意度、三级货物损失以及制冷时长等因素,构建基于随机需求且带有软时间窗的最小配送成本函数模型,建立由惩罚成本、货损成本、制冷成本、缺货成本、运输成本及固定成本组成的六种复合目标函数。利用改进适应度函数、选择方式和交叉变异概率的遗传算法求解,以某肉类生鲜企业为例,通过MATLAB软件进行数据分析及仿真模拟,验证模型和算法的科学性及有效性。
According to the basic theory of cold chain logistics distribution,considering the factors of customer satisfaction,three-level goods loss and refrigeration time,this paper constructs the minimum distribution cost function model based on random demand and with soft time window.Six compound objective functions are established,which are composed of penalty cost,goods loss cost,refrigeration cost,out of stock cost,transportation cost and fixed cost.The improved fitness function is used.Taking a meat fresh enterprise as an example,data analysis and simulation are carried out by MATLAB software to verify the scientificity and validity of the model and algorithm.
