摘要
目的:研究健康教育应用于耐药肺结核护理中的价值。方法:2017年7月-2018年7月收治耐药肺结核患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上实施健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组患者对疾病的认知程度及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能够提升耐药肺结核患者的护理满意度,促进患者对疾病的掌握程度。
Objective:To study the value of health education in the nursing of drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis were selected from July 2017 to July 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group received health education on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:The cognition degree and nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis and promote the mastery of the disease.
