摘要
目的:分析在肌肉肌腱急性损伤患者诊断中采用高频超声的临床价值。方法:2017年3月-2018年3月选取进行肌肉、肌腱急性损伤诊断的患者1310例,选择高频超声技术进行诊断并统计准确率,同时分析损伤患者超声影像结果。结果:使用高频超声技术对肌肉、肌腱急性损伤患者检出准确率为92.8%;通过影像学分析,肌肉、肌腱急性损伤患者受伤部位出现肌纤维断裂、肌肉肿胀合并肌肉血肿及积液等情况。结论:对肌肉、肌腱急性损伤患者实施高频超声诊断技术能够清晰了解受伤部位的实际情况,提高临床诊断率。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute muscle and tendon injury patients.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,1310 patients with acute injury of muscle and tendon were enrolled,and high frequency ultrasound technique was selected for diagnosis.The accuracy of diagnosis was counted and ultrasonic images of patients with injury were analyzed.Results:The accuracy of detecting acute muscle and tendon injury by high frequency ultrasound was 92.8%.The muscle fiber rupture,muscle swelling complicated with muscle hematomas and effusion occurred in patients with acute injury of muscle and tendon were analyzed through imaging.Conclusion:The high frequency ultrasonic diagnostic technique for acute injury of muscle and tendon can clearly understand the actual situation of injury,and it can improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
