摘要
目的:观察氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的疗效和安全性。方法:2018年1-12月收治高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采用氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗;对照组采用氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血压、血糖、血脂水平均显著优于对照组,临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of amlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:80 patients with hypertension were selected from January to December 2018.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with amlodipine and telmisartan,while the control group was treated with amlodipine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with telmisartan is effective and safe in the treatment of hypertension.
