摘要
目的在冠心病患者中,对比心电图诊断与冠脉造影结果。方法调查样本为我院在2018年4月至2019年5月符合临床诊断标准的36例冠心病患者,所有患者均落实心电图与冠脉造影诊断路径,将冠脉造影作为参照,分析心电图在诊断冠心病患者中的敏感度、特异度。结果患者经冠脉造影检查,特异度与敏感度分别为100%,心电图与其相比,特异度与敏感度分别为55.57%、75.02%,组间差异显著。结论在诊断冠心病中,冠脉造影的敏感性与特异性较高,是诊断冠心病的黄金标准。
Objective To compare the results of ECG diagnosis and coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The investigation samples were 36 patients with coronary heart disease who met the clinical diagnostic criteria from April 20 to May 2019 in our hospital.All patients underwent ECG and coronary angiography.The coronary angiography was used as a reference to analyze the ECG in diagnosis.Sensitivity and speci ficity in patients with coronary heart disease.Results The specificity and sensitivity of the patients were 100%by coronary angiography.The speci ficity and sensitivity of the electrocardiogram were 55.57%and 75.02%,respectively.The difference between the groups was significant.Conclusion In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,the sensitivity and specificity of coronary angiography is high,which is the gold standard for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
