摘要
目的对64层螺旋CT关麦动脉支架成像及冠脉造影诊断价值再下载价值进行深入的研究。方法选择我院于2017年6月至2018年10月期间内收治的冠脉支架植入术患者来开展研究,患者共计72例。所有患者均进行64层螺旋CT冠脉成像检查,并将其检查结果与传统冠状动脉造影检查结果进行对比。结果CTA与CAG评价支架畅通性的敏感性为78.13%,特异性为85.00%CTA诊断为阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为80.65%和82.93%。结论64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对冠脉支架再狭窄的敏感性和准确性都相对较高,同时其影像也具有一定的特异性,因此其对狭窄的诊断能力更强,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To conduct an in-depth study on the value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery stent imaging and coronary angiography diagnostic value.Methods A total of 72 patients were enrolled in the coronary stenting patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018.All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and compared their results with traditional coronary angiography.Results The sensitivity of CTA and CAG for assessing stent patency was 78.13%,and the specificity of 85.00%CTA was positive and negative predictive values were 80.65%and 82.93%,respectively.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography has relatively high sensitivity and accuracy for coronary stent restenosis,and its imaging has certain specificity.Therefore,its diagnostic ability for stenosis is stronger and has clinical value.
