摘要
目的总结走进手术室处理眼科精密器械的体会。方法通过安排一名消毒供应中心护士走进手术室,建立消毒供应中心护士在手术室的职责、眼科器械的处理流程和卡式炉的操作流程,按规范对眼科接台手术精密器械进行清洗灭菌处理,使眼科接台精密器械达到与消毒供应中心同质化处理。结果眼科接台手术均顺利完成,无因手术器械供应不及时而等待,无一例感染事情发生。结论走进手术室处理眼科接台手术精密器械既能保证器械处理的质量又能保证接台手术及时开展,减少感染事件的发生。
Objective To summarize the experience of walking into the operating room to deal with ophthalmic precision instruments.Methods By arranging a nurse from the disinfection supply center to enter the operating room,the duty of the nurse in the operating room,the processing flow of ophthalmic instruments and the operation flow of card furnace were established,and the precision instruments of ophthalmic connection operation were cleaned and sterilized according to the standard,so that the precision instruments of ophthalmic access station could be treated in the same quality as those of disinfection supply center.Results All the ophthalmic operations were successfully completed,no infection occurred because of the untimely supply of surgical instruments.Conclusion Walking into the operating room to deal with the precise instruments of ophthalmic stage surgery can not only ensure that the precise instruments of ophthalmic operation can be guaranteed.The quality of instrument treatment can ensure that the operation can be carried out in time and reduce the occurrence of infection.
