摘要
为深入分析装配式混凝土结构施工常见质量缺陷的原因,首先收集了装配式混凝土框架结构项目常见的施工质量缺陷,再应用鱼骨图法,从人员、机具、村料、方法、环境、测量等6个方面对引起质量缺陷的原因进行分析与归纳。最后,结合BIM技术开展了装配式混凝土框架结构项目施工质量事前策划探究与实践,以期为提高装配式混凝土结构的施工质量提供参考。
In order to deeply analyze the causes of common quality defects in the construction of fabricated concrete structures, the common quality defects in the construction of fabricated concrete frame structures are collected at first, and the causes of quality defects are analyzed and summarized from six aspects: workers, machinery, materials, methods, environment and measurement by using fishbone diagram method. Subsequently, combined with BIM technology, the pre-planning and practice of the construction quality of the fabricated concrete frame structure project are carried out in order to provide reference for improving the construction quality of the fabricated concrete structure.
