摘要
在岩溶强发育地区,冲孔灌注桩极易出现桩顶混凝土下沉、断桩、桩身夹泥等异常情况。为保证岩溶地区冲孔灌注桩的施工质量,介绍了异常桩综合处理技术,即结合现场地质情况,选用加厚承台、接桩、复打等处理方法,从而达到节约成本、保证质量、确保工期之效果。工程实践证明,该异常桩综合处理技术能有效保证工程桩质量,可为类似工程的异常桩处理提供参考借鉴。
The punched cast-in-place piles in Karst strong development areas are prone to abnormal situations such as concrete sinking at pile top, broken piles and muddy pile body. To ensure the construction quality of punched cast-inplace piles in Karst areas, the comprehensive treatment technology of abnormal piles is introduced. Combining with the geological conditions in the field, the treatment methods of selecting thickened pile caps, pile extension and re-piling are used so as to achieve the effects of cost saving, quality and time limit assurance. The engineering practice proves that the abnormal pile comprehensive treatment technology can effectively guarantee the quality of the engineering pile, and can provide reference for the abnormal pile treatment of similar projects.
