摘要
目的探讨垂体后叶素联合宫腔镜下清宫术治疗Ⅰ型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取Ⅰ型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者60例,以随机数字表法实施分组,对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组应用宫腔镜下清宫术治疗,观察组应用垂体后叶素联合宫腔镜下清宫术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果相较于对照组,观察组具备更短的手术时间与术后住院时间(P<0.05),更低的术中出血量(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组具备更短的术后阴道出血时间(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组具备更低的不良反应发生率(P<0.05)o结论垂体后叶素联合宫腔镜下清宫术治疗Ⅰ型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠可促进手术进展,缩短住院时间,加快术后阴道出血消失。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vasopressin combined with hysteroscopic uterine surgery for type Ⅰ cesarean section scar pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with type Ⅰ cesarean scar pregnancy were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomized to the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with hysteroscopic uterus and the observation group was treated with pituitrin combined with hysteroscopic uterine curettage.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time and postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05),and lower intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had more Short postoperative vaginal bleeding time(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Pituitary vasopressin combined with hysteroscopic uterine curettage for type I cesarean section scar pregnancy can promote the progress of surgery,shorten the length of hospital stay,and accelerate the disappearance of postoperative vaginal bleeding.
