组蛋白甲基转移酶EZH2参与淋巴瘤发病机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 表观遗传学修饰是癌症发生发展的重要原因之一。果蝇zeste基因增强子的人类同源物2(EZH2)是表观遗传抑制因子PcG家族的重要成员之一,可对组蛋白H3第27位赖氨酸进行三甲基化,从而参与调控细胞周期、细胞衰老和细胞分化等。近年来,在多种实体瘤及B细胞淋巴瘤中检测到EZH2过表达或突变,但EZH2在部分T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达情况和作用机制尚不明确,且其在不同肿瘤发生中的作用机制不完全一致,有待进一步深入研究。 Epigenetic modification is one of the important causes for the occurrence and development of cancers.Enhancer of zeste homolog 2(EZH2),as an important member of the epigenetic suppressor polycomb group(PcG),can tri-methylate lysine at amino acid position 27 of histone H3 gene,and participates in the regulation of cell cycle,cell aging and cell differentiation.Recently,overexpression or mutation of EZH2 has been detected in a variety of solid tumors and B-cell lymphomas.However,the expression status and action mechanism of EZH2 in some T-cell lymphomas are still unclear,and its action mechanisms in different tumors are not completely consistent,which need further study.
