摘要
乡村振兴战略明确提出产业振兴是乡村振兴的核心和工作重点。区域农村应依据当地的资源优势,以市场需求为导向构建具有地域特色的融合产业平台,开展乡村融合产业单元规划:一是突出自然山水环境的生态保护和植物景观提质;二是充分利用耕地资源发展特色商品型农业和多样自给型农业,并拓展农业生产环境的多功能效益;三是对现有村落的民居建筑进行改造,使之能够成为具备餐饮接待、生活居住、休闲娱乐、购物体验、保健康体和会务交流等服务功能的重要设施,以促进中国农村走上可持续发展的轨道。
The rural revitalization strategy clearly states that industrial revitalization is the core and focus of rural revitalization.Based on local resource advantages and market demand-oriented,in regional rural areas integrated industry platforms with regional characteristics are built and unit planning in integrated rural industry is carried out:first,to highlight the ecological protection of natural landscape environment and improve the quality of plant landscape;second,to make full use of cultivated land resources to develop characteristic commodity agriculture and diversified self-supporting agriculture,and expand the multi-functional benefits of agricultural production environment;third,to transform the residential buildings in the existing villages,so that they can become important facilities with catering reception,living,leisure and entertainment,shopping experience,health,recreation and sports,and conference exchanges,so as to promote the sustainable development of China’s rural areas.
