摘要
为提高地下电缆工井结构的安全性与耐久性,采用无损检测技术测定电缆工井的混凝土保护层厚度与混凝土强度。通过对混凝土保护层厚度测量值与回弹强度推定值的统计分析,得到了地下电缆工井的施工质量特性。研究结果表明:保护层厚度设计值为30 mm时,实测值合格率大多处于90%,其质量能力处于合格的临界状态;保护层厚度设计值为40 mm时,实测值合格点率存在低于80%的不合格现象,回弹强度实测值离差系数为0.129,混凝土强度保证率为99.64%。该研究成果可以为后续电力工程施工质量的管理与控制提供理论参考。
In order to improve the safety and durability of underground electric cable well structure, the concrete protective layer thickness and concrete strength of electric cable well are measured by nondestructive testing technology. Through the statistical analysis of the measured value of concrete protective layer thickness and the constructive value of rebound strength, the construction quality characteristics of underground electric cable wells are obtained. As the results show, when the design value of the protective layer thickness is 30 mm, the qualified rate of the measured value is mostly 90%, and its quality capacity is in the critical state of being qualified;when the design value of the protective layer thickness is 40 mm, unqualified quality exists in the construction process, deviation coefficient of the measured value of rebound strength is 0.129, and the concrete strength guarantee rate is 99.64%. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the management and control of the construction quality of power engineering.
