摘要 鉴于电力二次设备直流电源插件的高故障率与寿命瓶颈,提出了针对直流电源插件隐患的预防措施与检测手段,并研制了专门检测电源模块输出是否正常的便携式测试仪表,定期测试开关电源输出的高次纹波、稳压性能、内阻、电压与交流分量,用该表定期检测站内电源板卡,将老化而尚未损坏的电源板卡及早剔除,可有效提高控制保护设备的运行可靠性,降低事故概率。 In view of the high failure rate and life bottleneck of DC power plug-in for the secondary equipment, this paper proposes preventive measures and detection methods for hidden troubles of DC power plug-in, and developed a portable test instrument specially for detecting the normality of the output of power supply module, and periodically testing the high-order ripple, voltage stabilization, internal resistance, voltage and AC components of the switch power output. This meter can also regularly detect the old and undamaged power board in order to remove it as soon as possible, which can effectively improve the operational reliability of control and protection equipment and reduce the probability of accidents.
