摘要
加拿大是全球最早进行商业化种植转基因作物的5个国家之一,也是全世界第4大转基因作物种植国。本文研究了加拿大转基因农食产品技术贸易措施体系,主要包括监管机构、法律法规、安全评估体系、监管体系等,并分析了其监管特点,为转基因监管政策研究提供参考。
Canada is one of the first five countries to start commercial cultivation of genetically modified crops with the United States, and the fourth largest growing country of genetically modified crops in the world. This paper summarized the technical trade measure system of genetically modified agricultural and food products in Canada, mainly including regulatory agencies, laws and regulations, safety assessment systems, supervision systems, etc., and analyzed its regulatory characteristics, to provide references for the study of transgenic regulatory policies.
