摘要
本文对电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定生活饮用水中镍含量的不确定度进行分析,以找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价结果提供依据。从测定过程分析,其不确定度来源为标准物质本身、标准使用溶液的配制、校准曲线拟合和测量的重复性产生的误差。根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中有关规定量化不确定度分量,计算得出合成不确定度。结果显示,当生活饮用水样中镍的含量为25.38μg/L时,其扩展不确定度为0.59μg/L(k=2)。
This paper analyzes the uncertainty of the determination of nickel content in drinking water by ICP-MS,so as to find out the factors influencing the uncertainty and provide the basis for the evaluation results.From the analysis of the determination process,it is determined that the source of uncertainty was the standard substance itself,the preparation of standard solution,the fitting of calibration curve and the error of measurement repeatability.According to JJF 1059.1-2012,the uncertainty components are quantified to obtain the composite uncertainty.The results show that when the content of nickel in drinking water is 25.38μg/L,the expanded uncertainty is 0.59μg/L(k=2).
