摘要
本文从生产企业所在地、企业规模、生产企业类型等方面阐述了国家动力用煤产品质量监督抽查的概况,统计、分析得出监督抽查企业及其产品的合格率情况。在检验项目方面分析得出不合格项为灰分和氟含量,并对质量监督抽查结果产生的原因加以分析,提出了开展燃煤监督抽查工作的建议,为完善、规范煤炭质量监督抽查工作以及合理利用煤炭资源提供了方向和思路。
This paper expounds the general situation of the national power coal product quality supervision and spot checking, analyzes and statistics the qualification rate of the inspection enterprises and products,from the aspect of the location of the production enterprise, the size of the enterprise and the type of production enterprise, etc.. Analyzing the qualification rate from the inspection items, the unqualified items are ash and fluorine content, the reasons for the results of quality supervision and spot checking are analyzed, the suggestions for conducting coal-fired supervision and spot checking work are proposed.The direction and ideas are provided for the improvement and standardization of coal quality supervision and spot checking and the rational use of coal resources.
