摘要
港区作为港口的微观组成单元,其集疏运能力是港口高效发展的重要保障,因地、因货、因人的发展多种集疏运方式,建立高效、集约化的港区集疏运系统是港口发展的必要条件。该文基于港区的微观概念,结合不同等级的集疏运道路,构建港区集疏运能力评价模型,并从多维度分析中国沿海港区陆路集疏运能力的类型分异。研究发现:港区铁路集疏运能力具有多点集聚的特征,且以北方沿海港区为主,公路集疏运能力实现了全港区覆盖。综合集疏运能力越高,港区数量越少,呈现金字塔形分布,而空间邻近性与空间分割形成了港区综合集疏运能力微观分异的基础。不同等级道路集疏运能力的差异形成了9种贡献类型,公路作为港区集疏运能力的主要组成部分,尤其是高速公路和县道公路发挥了重要作用。港区集疏运道路的形成与行政等级、港区城市规模密切相关,而港区集疏运能力与港区行政等级、城市规模呈正相关。
As a micro-component of a port,the port area′s collection and distribution capacity is an important guarantee for the efficient development of the port.It is a necessary condition for port development to develop various modes of collection and distribution according to different situations of land,cargo,and people respectively,and to establish an efficient and intensive collection and distribution system for port areas.Based on the concept of port area in micro scale,combined with the conditions of different grades of roads for collection and distribution,this paper builds an evaluation model of the collection and distribution capacity of port areas,and analyzes the type differentiation of the collection and distribution capacity of the port areas in China from a multidimensional perspective.The results show that the railway collection and distribution capacity of port areas is characterized by multi-point aggregation and is mostly concentrated in the northern coastal port areas,while the highway collection and distribution capacity achieves full coverage.The higher the comprehensive collection and distribution capacity is,the smaller the number of port areas is,and the distribution of port areas presents a pyramid-shape.Spatial proximity and spatial division form the basis for the micro-differentiation of the comprehensive collection and distribution capacity in port areas.The difference in the collection and distribution capacity of different grades of roads has 9 types of contributions.Highways are the main component of the collection and distribution capacity of port areas,and expressways and county roads play an important role.The formation of the collection and distribution roads is closely related to the administrative level and the city size in port areas,while the collection and distribution capacity in port areas is positively related to the administrative level and city size in port areas.
