摘要
重油催化裂解(DCC)副产石脑油组分复杂,富含芳烃、环烷烃和二烯烃,无法直接用于汽油调和,需对副产DCC石脑油加氢后进行分离获得高附加值产品。为减少设备投资和环保压力实现资源循环化利用,本试验在某工厂10万t/a苯抽提装置的产能基础上,注入加氢后的DCC副产石脑油,通过复杂原料适应性改造,最终获得合格的汽油和苯产品。试验中根据加氢后DCC副产石脑油的特点,通过调整汽提塔再沸器热负荷、抽提进料位置与回流芳烃位置和二次溶剂线补充溶剂等方法,探索一条资源利用DCC副产石脑油中高附加值产品的工艺路线。
By-product naphtha of heavy oil catalytic cracking(DCC)is complex in composition,rich in aromatics,cycloalkanes and dienes,which can not be directly used for gasoline blending.It is necessary to separate the DCC naphtha after hydrogenation to obtain high value-added products.In order to reduce equipment investment and environmental pressure and realize resource recycling,based on the benzene extraction unit with a original capcity of 100,000 t/a in a factory,a test injecting the hydrogenated DCC naphtha as feed was carried out.Through the adaptability modification of complex raw materials,qualified gasoline and benzene products were finally obtained.According to the characteristics of hydrogenated DCC naphtha,a process route for utilizing the high added value products in DCC naphtha was explored by adjusting the heat load of stripper reboiler,the positions of extraction feed and return aromatics,and the secondary solvent line to supplement the solvent.
