摘要
以完全液相法为基础,在控制催化剂中总的Al物种含量不变的前提下,采用分步添加Al溶胶的方法制备了Cu/Zn/Al催化剂,在控制催化剂中铝物种总量不变的前提下研究其对催化剂结构和性能的影响。对制备的催化剂进行了XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD-MS、N2吸脱附表征,并在浆态床反应器中测定其催化活性。结果表明:采用分步添加Al溶胶的方法有利于改善催化剂的稳定性,提高总醇选择性,最高可达49.0%,降低CO2选择性,但不利于催化剂活性和乙醇选择性的提高;分步添加Al溶胶可以提高Cu、Al物种的分散程度,减小Cu的晶粒度,增加易还原Cu物种的量,但同时也会减少催化剂中弱酸量。
Based on the complete liquid phase method,Cu/Zn/Al catalysts were prepared by the two steps addition of AlOOH,and the effect of the preparation method on the structure and properties of the catalysts was studied under the premise of controlling the total Al species content in the catalyst unchanged.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD-MS and N2 adsorption/desorption,and their catalytic activities were evaluated in a slurry reactor.The results of activity evaluation show that adding AlOOH by two steps can improve the stability of catalyst,increase the selectivity of total alcohol,up to 49.0%,reduce the selectivity of CO2,but it is not conducive to the improvement of catalyst activity and ethanol selectivity.The characterization results show that adding AlOOH by two steps can improve the dispersion of Cu and Al species,reduce the grain size of Cu,increase the amount of easily reducible Cu species,but reduce the amount of weak acid in the catalyst.
