摘要
选煤厂是煤炭生产加工产业链中的重要一环,其主要任务是对开采出来的煤矿进行分选,将原煤中含有的矿物杂质取出,并将其分为不同规格的产品。以往选煤厂多采取的是以跳汰为主的煤炭分选方式。但随着煤炭事业的进步,使用者为提高煤炭生产效率、减少对生态环境的破坏,而提高了对煤炭质量的要求,这就需要对选煤厂生产工艺进行优化与改进。文章主要对重介洗煤技术进行了分析,并探讨了其在选煤厂中的应用策略,希望能够为相关工作提供帮助。
Coal preparation plant is an important link in the industrial chain of coal production and processing.Its main task is to sort the mined coal mines,take out the mineral impurities contained in the raw coal and divide them into products of different specifications.In the past,coal preparation plants mostly adopted the coal separation method of jigging.However,with the progress of the coal industry,users have raised their requirements for coal quality in order to improve the coal production efficiency and reduce the damage to the ecological environment,which requires optimization and improvement of the production process in coal preparation plants.This paper mainly analyzes the heavy medium coal washing technology and discusses its application strategy in coal preparation plants,hoping to provide help for related work.
