7个甘薯品种自然富硒能力的比较 被引量:9

摘要 以7种甘薯品种为试验材料,通过在海南澄迈富硒沙地里进行大田试验,探究不同品种之间以及同品种不同部位之间对硒的富集能力差异。结果表明:7个品种在大田实验中硒的富集能力差异明显,其中,富硒能力最强的品种为徐薯18号,总硒质量含量为0.005 43 mg·kg^-1;其次为高系14号,总硒质量含量为0.004 6 mg·kg^-1;富硒能力最差的品种为宁紫薯,总硒质量含量为0.004 18 mg·kg^-1。甘薯不同部位富硒能力差异显著,其中叶片最强,茎段次之,块根最弱。徐薯18号品种叶片硒质量含量为0.002 9 mg·kg^-1显著高于其他试验品种。 Seven varieties of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.) were planted in a field experiment to observe their difference in selenium-enrichment ability between the varieties and between the parts of the plants of the same variety in Se-enriched sandy land in Chengmai, Hainan. The results found that the seven sweet potato varieties in the field experiment were significantly different in selenium enrichment ability. The variety′Xushu 18′ had a total selenium content of 0.005 43 mg·kg^-1, the highest in selenium-enriching ability, followed by the variety′Gaoxi 14′(0.004 6 mg·kg^-1), and the variety Ning Zishu 1 was the lowest with the total selenium content of 0.004 18 mg·kg^-1. In addition, different parts of sweet potato plants were significantly different in selenium-enriching ability. The whole leaf had the highest selenium-enriching ability, followed by the stem, while the roots were the lowest. The variety′ Xushu 18′ contained 0.002 9 mg·kg^-1 of selenium in their leaves, the highest among all the varieties.
