电解参数对循环冷却水处理及倒极除垢效果的影响 被引量:9

摘要 利用电化学法处理循环冷却水,探究电解参数对处理效果的影响,并探究不同倒极条件对阴极结垢的剥离效果和剥离方式。结果表明,当水质硬度为800 mg/L、Cl-质量浓度为567.2 mg/L、电流密度为10 mA/cm2、水力停留时间为10 min时,硬度去除质量浓度为300 mg/L,Cl-去除质量浓度为140 mg/L,活性氯质量浓度为8.74 mg/L,电流效率为88.44%;在除垢时间为8 min,倒极电流密度为5 mA/cm2的条件下,阴极结垢剥离率达到了94.3%,以物理脱落为主。倒极电流密度过高会造成水质硬度上升,除垢时间过长会造成电极腐蚀。 The electrochemical method is used to treat the circulating cooling water,and the influence of the electro-lysis parameters on the treatment effect was investigated.The descaling effect and mechanism of reversing electrodes were studied under different conditions.The results showed that when the hardness concentration was 800 mg/L,the chloride ion concentration was 567.2 mg/L,the current density was 10 mA/cm2,and the hydraulic retention time was 10 min,the hardness removal concentration was 300 mg/L,the chloride ion concentration was 140 mg/L,the active chlorine concentration was 8.74 mg/L,and the current efficiency was 88.44%;When the descaling time was 8 min and the reversal current density was 5 mA/cm2,the cathodic scale was detached mainly by physical shedding,and the stripping rate reached 94.3%.The higher reverse current density caused the rise of the hardness of the water,and if the scale removal time was too long,the electrode will corroded.
