摘要
民生警务是公安机关在人民群众的迫切希望与构建和谐社会的历史背景下产生的警务模式,而社区管理是公安机关与人民群众日常生活最息息相关的工作内容之一。智能安防社区建设立足于提高人民群众获得感、安全感、幸福感,满足群众对美好生活、高品质生活的向往和追求,是民生警务的最佳实践点。自2018年以来,黄浦区半淞园街道试点推进智能安防社区建设取得了一定的成效,为深入践行民生警务积累了经验、奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of the society,the People’s Livelihood Police Service is a police service model that emerged in the historical background of the People's urgent hope and the construction of a harmonious society for the Public Security Bureau.The community management is one of the most closely related aspects of the daily life of the Public Security Bureau.The construction of intelligent security community is based on improving the People's sense of gain,security and happiness,and satisfying the people's yearning for a better life and high-quality life.It is also the best practice point of people's livelihood policing.Since 2018,the trial of Bansongyuan Sub-district in Huangpu District has achieved certain results in promoting the construction of intelligent security community.It has accumulated experience and laid a foundation for carrying out police affairs of people's livelihood.
