摘要
由于投产初期,基板表面存在粘钢纹、太阳线、色差、斑迹、擦伤等缺陷,对马口铁的产品质量、生产等造成了不良的影响。通过对现场进行跟踪分析、数据对比,同时查阅大量文献,并根据现场的实际运行情况,找到其原因,并在采取了相应的对策措施后,有效改善了马口铁基板的整体质量,满足了食品级马口铁质量的要求。
At the beginning of the production,it have defects such as the sticking grain,slip line,chromatic aberration,bad cleaness and scrapes on surface of rolled strip steel,it affects the quality and production of tinplate products.Tracking data、collecting data、analysis data、comparative data through at the scene,read a lot of technical literature at the same time,and according to the actual operation of the site,finally found out why,and take corresponding measures,the overall quality of the tin plate is effectively improved,it fulfill quality needs of food grade tinplate.
