摘要
本文介绍一种在福建三钢炼钢厂转炉使用的新型改进版氧枪刮渣器。该刮渣器设计了一种铰链连杆中的曲柄滑块机构,其中曲柄为主动件。使用时当曲柄与连杆呈180°时,转动角最大,机构出现“卡死”现象,可实现夹紧、刮渣、剥离粘敷氧枪管身及喷嘴上的热渣。
This paper introduces a new improved version of the oxygen lance scraper used in the converter of Fujian Sangang Steelmaking Plant..The scraper is designed with a crank slider mechanism in a hinge link,wherein the crank is an active member.When a line show 180°crank and connecting rod,angle of rotation for the biggest,institutions"stuck"phenomenon in which institutions in the dead point position,realize the clamp,scraping residue,stripping stick apply oxygen gun body and the hot slag on the nozzle.
