摘要
传统的测试系统的精度较低,无法对岩矿中金属元素精准化的测试。下面笔者结合自身工作,浅谈了离子色谱技术在岩矿中金属元素测试系统的应用。该系统在原有系统的硬件基础上设计了测试控制计算机,在软件设计方面,利用自动测试系统功能模块对岩矿中金属元素进行预处理,再通过设计数据库,实现对岩矿中金属元素的精准测试。实验结果探知,与传统系统相比离子色谱技术效率、精准度更高。
The accuracy of the traditional testing system is low,so it can not accurately test the metal elements in rock and ore.In the following,the author discusses the application of ion chromatography technology in the metal element testing system of rock and ore.Based on the hardware of the original system,the test control computer is designed.In the aspect of software design,the automatic test system function module is used to preprocess the metal elements in rock and ore,and then through the design of database,the precise test of the metal elements in rock and ore is realized.Compared with the traditional system,ion chromatography technology has higher efficiency and accuracy.
