摘要
提高大学生就业能力和人才质量是我国教育亟待解决的问题。运用交叉研究和正逆向选择的方法,有助于探究PDCA模型对高校打造“新经管”的适用性以及如何提升大学生就业能力。基于PDCA模型的高校教学模式改革将为提升大学生就业能力提供新途径,即从“新经管”建设的方向对计划产生、改革措施、效果评估和发展方向四个方面进行优化并提出实践策略,这论证了“新经管”建设是提升大学生综合素质和就业能力的重要教学改革模式,提出了未来人才的培养要向复合型、创新型、信息化方向发展。
It is an urgent problem to improve the employment ability of college students and the quality of talents in our country.The Ministry of Education has therefore actively promoted the reform of teaching mode in colleges and universities and perfected the personnel training system.Using the method of cross-study and positive reverse selection,this paper probes into the applicability of PDCA model to the construction of"new administration"in colleges and universities and the improvement of the employment ability of"new administration"for college students.This paper discusses the new approach of the reform of college teaching mode based on PDCA model in improving the employability of college students,optimizes the plan generation,reform measures,effect evaluation and development direction from the direction of"new administration"construction,and puts forward the practical strategy,and demonstrates the"new administration".Construction is an important teaching reform mode to improve the comprehensive quality and employability of college students.At the same time,the construction of"new administration"provides valuable experience accumulation for deepening teaching reform,and puts forward that the cultivation of future talents should be developed in the direction of compound,innovative and information-based.
